48 page glory

I have finished my oneshot. After figuring out layouts and dialogs and all that rubbish it is done. It is a glorious 48 pages and only took nearly a month the finish. Now comes the easy part and drawing it!

This shit is hard!

As I walk down the path of learning everything thing there is to manga creating I have decided to take up Architectural Drawing as a way to create amazing backgrounds. I have hit a snag in my life because it is like 3 years ago when I sucked at drawing. Also my patience and cordination with a ruler aren't that great. But I digress.

THIS SHIT IS HARD SON! you can see where i started getting lays and free hand'd windows in the background. I dont even have the full detail that assitants add into windows that make windows "POP"

I give props to manga assitants and their ability to do fully rendered backgrounds for 15-20 pages in 3 weeks or less...

Spare Time + Real Time

I'm finally done with my winter class and now have the whole next week to work on this thing. I did a Full tab comic strip for the school paper just to get the blood going. I also watched Sherlock Homes today. I missed the morning show so I had to pay $12.50 for the regular show... such a jip. I blame it on the girls that spent well over 30 mins on her presentation for short story class.

Disclaimer : This thing is Sexy Half-Assed and relates noway to my 45 page comic I'm working on. Also I threw out the outline because I was using it as a napkin.

Im dying here

Short story is killing me and my inability to read... I've been reading 3 short stories a... with the addition of making lunch and dinner I haven't had time to work on anything else... I don't think I remembered how to draw. I also think I missed something very important.. Oh the bright side I made Curry.... 12 servings of curry...
